Wooden Shoe Canyon to Lost Canyon

The Wooden Shoe Canyon to Lost Canyon tour is a difficult route. It runs from the campground Loop "A" trailhead through Wooden Shoe or Lost Canyon and back through the other. The tour takes about 5 hours. There are 239 meters of elevation gain over 14 kilometers. Some of the ascent and descent between the canyons requires climbing. Pay attention to the visitor rules that apply in the park.
