The varied route takes you up to the Ötscher stalactite cave (approx. 45 minutes). Guides will be waiting for you there and will show you the mysterious world underground in 45 minutes.
Everyone knows the ever-growing cones of the stalactites: the stalagmites and the stalactites. Who knows which ones grow upwards and which ones hang down from above? (Solution: the stalagmites grow upwards, the stalactites hang down.) These sinter formations and other bizarre stalactite formations can be admired in the Ötscher stalactite cave near Gaming.
