Sillianer Hütte and Hornischegg

On high trails above the Sexten and Puster valleys: The Helm is certainly a worthwhile destination in its own right, but climbing it won't fill a full day's itinerary. Those who find this undertaking too modest should follow the Carnic Main Ridge from the Helm cable car mountain station, past the Sillianer Hütte, to the Hornischegg, which offers a fantastic panorama of the Dolomites and Central Alps.
