This circular walking tour of the former royal residence leads through the once stately area and the oldest part of the city. Information panels are located at each stop.
Bad Urach possesses many reminders of a rich past, particularly of its time as a count's residence and district seat. During the division of Württemberg (1442–1482), the Counts of Württemberg-Urach resided in the town.
