Piz Calderas, 3359m

The tour starts at the parking lot near the La Veduta mountain hotel on the Julier Pass road, ascending gently through the long valley past Corn Alv and continuing through the saddle between the rocky massifs of Piz d'Angel and Piz Surgonda. Afterwards, the route traverses below Piz d'Angel to Fuorcla Da Flix and climbs the south ridge to Tschima da Flix.
