Very demanding, alpine stage of the PINGZA HATSCHA with crossing of the Leoganger Steinberge and a lot of altitude.
From the starting point at the Asitzbahn, the path goes flatly along the stream in the direction of Saalfelden until you take the path to the Birnbachloch/Passauer Hütte at Rosental. Here you follow the signs for Birnbachloch/Passauer Hütte. You follow the hiking trails at a pleasant incline until you reach the junction for the Passauer Hütte. Now it gets steeper and steeper.
