Character: beautiful mountain hike on good, but in places steep and rocky forest paths. Not recommended when wet.
Starting/ending point:Steinbach am Ziehberg. From the church, walk up the Ottenau farm track and turn right to the farm of the same name (30 minutes on foot).Between the Almtal and the Kremsmauer, several wooded Alpine foothills are perfect for hiking - for example the Mittagstein in the south of Steinbach am Ziehberg.
