Michelbacher Sternwarteweg Variante 2

This is the long version of the classic Michelbach circuit. From the village (370 m) it goes through forest and meadows on a panoramic high path to the Kukubauerhütte and its hill (782 m) - the highest point in Michelbach. The entire ridge of the Michelbach valley head is hiked and opens up views in all directions - but in particular we can mostly look down on Michelbach, which lies sheltered in the valley. On the guided tours offered by the observatory (families welcome), this enjoyable hike leaves nothing to be desired.
