Beautiful hike with great views from the Karspitze over the entire Inn Valley with the second largest town in Tyrol - Kufstein, as well as a breathtaking mountain scenery at the top of the mountain.
The small town Rettenschöss is closest to the broad Inn Valley and is also only 5 minutes away from the motorway exit Oberaudorf. You start the hike on 980 meters of altitude. Immediately after Gasthaus Schöne Aussicht, the signs point towards Karspitze. From there you can enjoy a long-distance view of up to 50 kilometers. The trail leads you back down to the Rettenbachalmen.
