This path is lined with high trunks of the orchard meadows. It runs parallel to old Celtic and Roman trade routes.
Imposing high trunks dominate the image of the meadow orchards between Sasbach and Endingen in spring time. Of course, the hike through the Nordkaiserstuhl is also worthwhile in other seasons.
