From the Füssener Jöchl to the Bad Kissinger Hütte: This varied high-altitude hike in the northern part of the Tannheim Mountains is very popular. The route takes you at altitudes between 1600 and 1900 meters, offering unobstructed views to the southwest. The first stop, the western shoulder of the Sefenspitze, proves to be a particularly beautiful vantage point. From there, the main peaks of the Tannheim Mountains—the Gimpel (2176 m), the Köllenspitze (2238 m), and the Gehrenspitze (2164 m)—present a majestic panorama. After the shoulder, the trail leads across picturesque terrain with boulders, small meadows, and a mini karst basin. Finally, partly through the forest, you reach the destination of the tour, the Bad Kissinger Hütte. Those with good stamina can continue on to climb the Aggenstein from there.
