To two mountain farming settlements high above Riffian If you climb the steep western slope of the Passeier Valley via Kuens and Riffian, you hike through an original mountain farming area that was once only accessible on foot. Today, even the highest farms are accessible by asphalt roads. The Walde and Oberöberst inns are wonderful places to stop for a break and enjoy the views.
