With cable car support into a snowshoe paradiseThe high starting point at the mountain station of the Reinswald cable car offers us a fantastic view and guaranteed snow even in winters with little snow. A wonderful panoramic high-altitude trail leads from the mountain station to the Getrumalm without any major differences in altitude. From there, the trail leads into a wide and fairly wind-protected high basin, at the end of which the white plain of the frozen Getrumsee awaits us. The route there offers fantastic snowshoe terrain in the midst of a high alpine backdrop. The views range from the Dolomites with the Sella, Sassolungo, Catinaccio and Latemar to the Ortler mountains and the Ötztal Alps. And in the far south, we can even glimpse the Garda mountains in the blue haze.
