Of the scenic mountains around Ebensee, the Eibenberg is one of the most outstanding. Once you reach the top, you have a breathtaking view of Lake Traunsee, 1000 meters below, and to the right, Lake Offensee shimmers in the distance.
The starting point is a parking lot located approximately 2 km before Offensee. A path branches off into the forest immediately to the left of the road. The path initially leads through a mixed forest until you reach the Hiaslalm hunting lodge (not managed!). At the lodge, the path continues to the left of the lodge.
