Col du Tour Noir, 3556m

From Argentière, two cable car rides take you to the top station of the Aiguille des Grands Montets. In a southeasterly direction, one descends on the Glacier des Rognons. Here you need to be especially careful, because there are some crevices. In order to save meters of ascent, one crosses, if possible, only south of the Refuge d'Argentière on the Glacier des Argentière.
