Natural beauty above the Hasli Valley: The high mountain scenery around the Wellhorn, Wetterhorn and Rosenlaui Glacier – the Chaltenbrunnen high moor and the Wandelalp nature reserve – the striking peaks around Garzen and Wandelhorn – the roaring Wandelbach stream and the views across the Hasli Valley. In this order, we experience the natural beauty that makes this wonderful and varied hike so special.
Starting point: Kaltenbrunnensäge bus stop, 1222 m; Gletscherschlucht bus stop. End point: Reichenbachfall cable car valley station, 600 m; see tour 37. Requirements: Easy hike on good mountain trails T2. Refreshments (and accommodation): Restaurant Kaltenbrunnen (+41 033 971 19 08). Gasthaus Zwirgi (+41 33 971 14 22).
