Steep paths to the lonely ruins on the rocky spurThis is an ideal tour for children of primary school age who are interested in castle women, robber barons and romantic ruins. Others are more interested in the unspoilt (downy) oak forest and botanical gems. Either way: a dignified tour far from the beaten track.
Starting point: and end point: Osterfingen, 430 m. Approach - S-Bahn Schaffhausen to Wilchingen-Hallau station, then bus 27 to Osterfingen. - Parking lot in Osterfingen at the Bergtrotte.Requirements: Country roads, steep, rooty path on the ascent to Radegg.Note: Picnic area with fire pit at the castle.
