From the Middle Forest to the Hinterwald If you cross the formerly important pass from Andelsbuch to Bezau, the "Bezeggsul" still reminds you of the free republic of forests. Tranquil paths through the secluded Rimsgrund lead the enthusiastic hiker into the neighboring valley widening of Bizau.
Starting point: Andelsbuch, bus stop at the end of the village in the Bühel district, 625 m, into the valley on the Bregenzerwald main road; parking available at the sports field.Requirements: Well signposted goods and hiking trails, short traffic-free roads.
